  • Why do you think the people in Jesus’ hometown have a hard time believing that he is the Messiah (the one sent by God to bring salvation to the world)? 
  • Do you think people today have a hard time believing in Jesus? Why or why not?
  • Jesus speaks challenging words to the people in Nazareth and wants them to respond to him in a positive way. Sometimes it’s hard to behave in the way Jesus wants. Share a time when you’ve been challenged in this way.
